I've just wrapped up a five-night stay at Hale Kai Hotel during my business trip to Baku. Overall, it was a clean and nice place, centrally located yet a bit away from the chaos of Nizami street. The staff were kind and helpful, speaking both English and Russian, which was a major plus! However, I had some issues with my room and the breakfast options that made my stay less enjoyable. 🏨

My stay at Hale Kai Hotel was quite mixed. The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from Fountain Square and a variety of restaurants and bars. However, I faced a little trouble with my booking being mixed up at first, which they resolved fairly quickly, but it left me a bit underwhelmed. Overall, I enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort of my room, but there were some bumps along the way that kept it from being perfect.

The room was spacious, offering a kitchenette for tea and coffee, but my first room was noisy. I had to request a change, and although the new room was larger and quieter, I still heard hallway sounds. A bit more attention to cleanliness would enhance the comfort.
